To empower African-Australian and surrounding CALD communities a “strength-based approach”. From AFS’ perspective, there is recognition of every individuals’ potential to succeed by utilizing one’s strengths, abilities and knowledge rather than weaknesses. AFS strongly believes that with the appropriate support everyone has an inherent ability to learn, grow and change.
