Kapambwe is the Co-Founder and Director of African Family Services organisation (partnered with the Victorian Women’s Trust and Global Reconciliation). Kapambwe is a graduate of Victoria University, where she received a Bachelor of Social Work Degree and Diploma in Community Welfare Work at Curtin University.

Family Violence, Community Development, Family Services, Cultural Diversity, Social Justice and Human Rights. Kapambwe has worked with the Aboriginal community and CALD communities providing support to vulnerable families in these areas.
Kapambwe has been a huge advocate for vulnerable individuals and families in the community and has built a rapport with community members that are facing social issues. She has developed great relationships that have made a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families. Kapambwe continues to advocate for gender equality initiatives that drive change.
